Mike Quigley is a director, cinematographer, and editor whose career spans Emmy-winning documentaries and global productions with leading industry names including HBO, Universal, Warner Brothers, BBC, National Geographic, and Red Bull Media House. His projects range from intimate field shoots in remote corners of the world to the immersive scale of theme park attractions. He cut his teeth with Sherpas Cinema, lugging cameras through mountains, hauling heavy packs, and shivering in frozen tents. His vision was later expanded by friend and mentor, Disney Imagineer Rick Rothschild, who helped shape his approach to storytelling on a grand scale. Audiences have seen his images on the BBC series The Americas, narrated by Tom Hanks and scored by Hans Zimmer, and most recently directing Niagara Takes Flight, a 5D aerial ride with narration by James Cameron. No matter the scale or the company, Mike’s compass points to what matters most: the joy of storytelling and adventures worth sharing.
